What 3 words would you use to describe your personal style?

Playful, modern-retro (does that count as one word haha), comfortable

Who or what has been influential to your personal style?

Music has always been a big influence on my personal style. I’ve loved heavy music since I was a young teen, and that scene has shaped the way I dress just as much as it shaped the way I see the world. For me, style has always been about self-expression, and music gave me permission to explore that unapologetically.

I’m also really drawn to early 2000s fashion, like Gwen Stefani’s boldness or Drew Barrymore’s effortless cool. That era of fashion felt playful, rebellious, and a little messy in the best way, and it still inspires how I put outfits together today.

Living in London also had a huge impact on my style. The energy of UK fashion and culture, with its mix of vintage and street, gave me the confidence to experiment and wear what feels authentically me.

My style is always evolving, but it’s rooted in that mix of self-expression, edge, and a love for clothes that tell a story.

What's on your Spring wardrobe wish list? A pair of Nike Total 90 III SP sneakers and Ganni lace-up ballerinas in blood red. I LOVE shoes!

Tell us your favourite memory with one of the pieces you are selling? There’s a really gorgeous two-piece beige Zulu & Zephyr knit set that I wore on a night out in Barcelona last year. I was travelling with one of my closest friends from London. We met up with some other girls who were from all around the world, had the best dinner at Bar del Pla, chatting and exchanging stories and I felt gorgeous in it. Very happy memories and I hope someone gets to enjoy wearing it just as much as I did!

You are great at advocating for PCOS awareness and personally, l (Emma - TCE Founder) was also diagnosed with PCOS when l was in my early 20’s. I found it quite challenging to feel confident in a body that felt like it was doing things l had no control over.

What advice would you give to others who may be struggling with their confidence? What makes you feel the most confident?  I’ve learnt that confidence doesn’t always have to mean loving your body every single day, and that’s okay. For me, body neutrality has been a really powerful mindset shift. Instead of focusing on how my body looks, I try to focus on how it feels and what it allows me to do.

I think the most important thing is finding what works for you. Living with PCOS can sometimes feel like your body is doing its own thing, but confidence comes from tuning into what makes you feel comfortable. For me, that looks like choosing soft, stretchy fabrics that move with me and make me feel at ease in my skin. It’s not about dressing to “hide” or to “fix” anything, but about choosing what makes me feel good in the moment.

My advice is to experiment until you find the things that feel like you. Lean into them unapologetically. That’s where confidence really grows, when you stop fighting against your body and start embracing it with compassion.
