We run our clothing exchange daily via appointment only.
Short Appointment (10 Items Maximum) - Allow 20 minutes
Long Appointment (40 Items Maximum) - Allow 40 minutes
Whether you no-longer wear it, or it just doesn't suit your lifestyle anymore, we make it easy for you to re-home your quality items with our Clothing Exchange. We take the hassle out of reselling!

We know you're excited to get started! But, there's a few steps to take to ensure you have
the best chance of a successful exchange, please review the below before booking your exchange!

2. PREPARE YOUR GARMENTS
Inspect your items you wish to sell to ensure they are clean, free from damage & stains and in excellent condition, ready to be sold on the shop floor. We can not accept damaged items in our exchange.

Remove all garments off hangers, and shoes out of boxes to make for easy sorting!
1. SORT YOUR QUALITY PIECES
We only buy your quality pieces in excellent condition and we avoid Fast Fashion like Zara, H & M and Shein. We have a list of items we do / don't accept that
needs to be reviewed before booking in to avoid your clothes being turned away.
3. BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
After you've reviewed our buying criteria,
book in for an exchange! We offer short and long appointments depending on your amount of clothing.
Please remember to only bring items for the current weather season.
Short Appointment - 10 Items Max
(Up to 20 minutes)

4. ARRIVE AT YOUR BOOKING TIME
Arrive at the time of your appointment, and bring your items to our exchange counter.

In between appointments we prep the pervious appointments clothing to be resold so it's important to arrive on time (not early, not late) to help with out workflow.
We'll then sort through your clothes while you browse in-store or go for a coffee.

Depending on the amount of items, we're usually done within 40 minutes.
5. CHOOSE CASH OR CREDIT?
Choose to receive store credit at 50% of our resale value or cash-back transferred into your bank account at 25%.
Then leave all the hard work to us!
We'll then price, steam and re-home your garments!
