All items are preloved, and should be expected to have some signs of wear. We will always do our best to highlight any faults in the descriptions of products. 

We don't want you to receive something that you won't wear because that would be the opposite of circular fashion!

Our return policy is as follows: 

You can return your item for store credit to the same value of the retail value on your product within 7 days of receiving the item. However, TCE does not cover the cost of the return shipping if required.

 

You must contact us prior to your return to let us know your reason for returning, and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been logged to our team, please provide us the tracking number of the return parcel. Please ensure your item remains in original packaging with The Conscious Exchange price tag attached.

 

If you are returning in store you must return within 7 days of picking up your order.

Anything you wish to return outside of this 7 days will be subjected to our regular "The Clothing Exchange" process via booking in an exchange, which is 50% the retail value of your item in store credit.
